This platform includes a hybrid mobile application for end-users (Android & iOS) and web applications for administrators and shop owners, providing comprehensive content and shop management capabilities.

  • Personalization: Displays user-specific offers & coupons, profile management, FAQ, About, and notification settings.

Web Application – Admin Features:

  • Centralized Management: Login to a comprehensive dashboard for overall solution control.
  • Shop & Beacon Configuration: Ability to configure beacons to shops and manage shop owner accounts (create, update, block).
  • Reporting Management: Assign and manage report views for shop owners.
  • Content Management: Send out questionnaires and create stamps for various shops.

Web Application – Shop Owner Features:

  • Content Upload: Upload advertisements, offers, and coupons via a dedicated CMS.
  • Customer Insights: View reports summarizing customer visits.
  • Re-targeting: Send direct messages to app users who previously visited their shop.
